Nepal captain thanks fans on their first ODI win

AMSTELVEEN: Nepal cricket team captain Paras Khadka has hailed Nepal’s first ever one day international (ODI) victory in a historic two-match series against Netherlands and thanked his well-wishers for their continuous support in the journey.
Taking to the Twitter, he hoped that the team would achieve better results in future. “Thank you to all of our fans,supporters,well wishers and everyone who loves Nepal cricket…Our First ODI win and together let us all carry the dreams of the whole country for more better results in future …JAI NEPAL …!!” he tweeted.
Nepal had yesterday defeated the Netherlands by one run in a thrilling contest to level the historic two-match series 1-1. A brilliant 51-run partnershipbetween all-rounder Karan KC and leg-break bowler Sandeep Lamichhane took Nepal to a dramatic win. (ANI)
