Division Bench to hear GHADC scam

SHILLONG: The Division Bench of the High Court of Meghalaya will hear a PIL on Monday on the alleged misuse of over Rs 100 crore by the GHADC.
The fund was provided by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs (MTA) under special plan assistance for 2015-16.
The PIL was moved by  Nilberth Ch Marak from Williamnagar citing corruption in the implementation of MDC schemes implemented in Williamnagar constituency when Denang T Sangma was the CEM (chief executive member).
