SHILLONG: A motivational lecture to join Indian Army was delivered under the aegis of Headquarters Recruiting Zone, Shillong by Officiating Director Recruiting (Headquarters), Shillong for the cadets of 42 Megh Sig Coy NCC, undergoing combined annual training camp at Umroi Cantt, Ri-Bhoi.
The aim of the event was to generate awareness amongst students about the eligibility criteria, various types of entry schemes, pay and emoluments, training and various career options available in the Indian Army.
Around 250 NCC cadets both senior and junior divisions attended the programme.
