Farmers to hold public meeting today

SHILLONG: Opposing the harassment to farmers, the Hill Farmer’s Union (HFU) will hold a public meeting near Anjalee Cinema Hall on Wednesday.
The farmers objected to the rampant deduction of their goods leading to severe loss.
In regard to this, they met the Minister of Agriculture, Banteidor Lyngdoh, Deputy Commissioner P.S. Dkhar and Syiem of Hima Mylliem.
