Khliehriat and Umsawkhwan enter PFR Veteran Cup quarters

SHILLONG: Khliehriat Veteran Club and Umsawkhawn have qualified for the quarter-final of the PFR Veteran Cup after winning their respective pre-quarter matches at Malki Ground on Thursday. Khliehriat Veteran Club defeated Lawsohtun Challengers 3-0 while Umsawkhwan Ri Bhoi beat Meghalaya Swimming Association 1-0. Both team will lock horns on September 8 at Malki Ground. The last pre-quarter match will be held on Friday with Gladiator taking on Sunriser at 3:30pm.
