KSU demands more doctors for Riangdo CHC

SHILLONG: Members of the KSU Mawshynrut circle on Thursday met Health Minister AL Hek and apprised him of the shortage of doctors at CHC Riangdo, while demanding immediate appointment of more doctors in the health centre.
The KSU members also pointed out the need to install an X-ray machine at the health centre.
A Sohshang, president of the KSU Mawshynrut circle, said the Riangdo CHC has only two doctors as against the requirement of 10-11 doctors.
The minister on his part assured to appoint atleast one more doctor at the health centre.
