LPG shortage due to transporters strike

TURA: The Supply Branch of Deputy Commissioner’s Office in Tura has informed that due to ongoing indefinite strike being resorted to by the transporters in all the Bottling Plants of Assam, the refilled LPG Gas Cylinders are running short in the district at present.

Stating that efforts are being made to streamline the crisis, the supply department has appealed to the consumers to bear with the problem and extend cooperation till the matter is resolved.
