Ronnie to contest council polls

SHILLONG: Former Urban Affairs Minister Ronnie V Lyngdoh, who lost the Assembly polls, will contest the district council polls next year.
Lyngdoh has already applied for party ticket. The Congress has started the procedure for candidates to get forms for the election.
Meanwhile, the Congress has made it clear that it will contest the council polls from all the constituencies.
