Ex-secy of Shella Dorbar asked to hold public meeting

SHILLONG: The former secretary of Shella Dorbar Shnong, Tobias Tiewdop has asked a former secretary of the Dorbar, Kondro Ksanlah to convene a public meeting to clarify on many issues of the traditional heads. Tiewdop reacted to the criticism of Ksanlah who said that he should submit documents and papers to the Dorbar Shnong.
