SHILLONG: The Dorbar Shnong of Caroline Colony, Jowai clarified that Grace Sumer, an accused drug peddler who was arrested on September 20, is not a resident of the Colony.
Earlier, Sumer was arrested for confiscating 14.06 grams of heroin.
