Six injured in separate accidents

Shillong: A 52-year-old man Mater Lyngdoh sustained injuries when his Alto car (ML05R 1390) that he was travelling was hit by a night super bus (Jagannath) around 3:15 am at Sohryngkham near the Police station on Tuesday. The victim was shifted to Civil Hospital Shillong by 108 Mawryngkneng based ambulance.
In another incident on the same day, Chelsey Diengdoh (24) who was riding a scooty lost control and hit a Bolero car at Rilbong Main road around 9:15pm. The victim was shifted to Shillong Civil Hospital by 108 Shillong Civil based ambulance.
Darani Das (60) and Subahan Islam (40) met with an accident when the winger (ML13 6968) they were travelling lost control and the vehicle overturned at Anoggre. Both the victims sustained injuries and were shifted to Goalpara Civil Hospital By 108 Rari based ambulance. On October 14 around 7 pm, a dumper truck (ML-08B-0639) dashed against a Maruti Wagon-R (ML05 N 1135) driven by Francis R Marak at Garobadha (SWGH).
As a result, the driver and one female occupant of the Wagon-R sustained injuries and were shifted to Ampati civil hospital. The driver of the dumper truck fled after the incident.
