Cabinet nod to MSERC

SHILLONG: Meghalaya Cabinet has approved the proposal of setting up of a two-member Meghalaya State Electricity Regulatory Commission (MSERC).

The decision came after the Supreme Court recently directed the various State governments across the country to constitute the committee with the retired Chief Justice or judges of the High Court or retired judges of the District as a member
