Daniel Stone Lyngdoh from West Khasi Hills has been awarded the ‘North East Youth Ambassador of Peace, 2018’ during the North East Festival which was concluded on Wednesday. Lyngdoh is an advocate in the Supreme Court and is also associated with Delhi Police as a North East representative, Chief Legal Convener of I AM FEARLESS and convener of Khasi Authors’ Society, Delhi Branch. In the female category, Saom Lepcha from Sikkim was awarded the ‘North East’s Youngest and Beautiful 2018’ at the India International Centre in New Delhi.
