Condolences
The FKJGP Central Body expressed its grief on the demise of senior news photographer Warton Lytan. FKJGP also sends its condolences to the bereaved family. “Lytan through his work has helped not only his colleagues but the state as a whole,” the organisation said. Meanwhile, the Shillong Press Club also held a meeting to condole Lytan’s death.

Acting Syiem Hima Mylliem, Ainam Syiem felicitated Sen Thabah as the permanent Rangbah Shnong of Umroi Madan, Ri Bhoi district recently. The Dorbar Shnong of Umroi Madan also elected its new members which includes Dhrity Syiem as secretary, Holdingbert Mallai as assistant secretary, Shan Lapang as treasurer and other executive members.
