SHILLONG: The Additional Deputy Commissioner of East Jaintia Hills has appealed to the public that if there are any individuals having any information pertaining to the assault of Agnes Kharshiing and Amita Sangma by unknown miscreants on the afternoon of November 8 and want to give evidence on the incident, may file an affidavit or appear in person to the Additional Deputy Commissioner latest by November 16 during office hours.
Curiously, as per the official statement issued on Thursday, only one day was given for the people to lodge complaints.
