Body recovered
On November 21 around 6.30 pm, male body aged around 40-45 years was found on NH-44 near a clinic at Malki, Shillong. The body has been sent to CH Shillong for PM examination.

Fraud
Mohan Mahato lodged a complaint that on November 22, he paid Rs. 75,000 to Javed Akhtar Siddiqui for obtaining tickets and visa for Dubai/Saudi Arabia, but he failed to do and also did not return the money to the complainant.
On November 19, Moses Lalrinzuala lodged a complaint that he received a message informing him that he has won a car in Snapdeal Contest and after an hour, he received calls from unknown persons asking him to deposit Rs. 8,500, Rs. 40,000, Rs. 20,000 and Rs. 32,400 purportedly for insurance, transportation, etc., in the account of Mohendra Mahto.

Theft
On November 22 around 10.40 am, miscreants stole one motorcycle (ML-08C-4947) belonging to Singmen Ch Marak, from Kalaichar Bazar, South West Garo Hills.
Satyandra Garg lodged a complaint that on November 21 around 6.30 pm, miscreants stole music system from his vehicle (ML-05F-5695) which was parked at Nongkynrih, Laitumkhrah in Shillong.

Phensedyl recovered
Govind Singh (52) of BOP Lyngkhat (East Khasi Hills) lodged a complaint that on November 7 around 11 pm, Special Ambush Party detected 270 bottles of Phensedyl from BP No. 1260/7 at Naya Bazar.
