Travel & tourism bazaar begins tomorrow

SHILLONG: The travel and tourism bazaar, which has become an annual event in the state for the couple of years, will begin from Wednesday.
Informing this here, the organisers told reporters that the event will be held from November 28 to 30 at All Saints Hall.
Different states including Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Jharkhand and West Bengal will participate in the event.
The objective of the Bazaar is to promote tourism in different states through a single window and the participating states will get an exposure about the people who would like to visit those states.
The organisers also said that the response to the Bazaar has been very good in Meghalaya.
