Shillong: On November 18, an unidentified male body was found lying on the road side beside a tree near MUDA parking lot.
The body was shifted to Civil Hospital,Shillong for observing legal formalities. On November 19 the body was kept at the Civil Hospital Morgue room for identification. The description of the body is 5.5 feet, complexion is dark and white long beard, wearing white sweater, grey coat and brown track pants.
