NONGPOH: The 6th Annual Sports Meet of the Seng Samla Katholik, Lumsinai Parish, concluded at Umden playground on Saturday.
Nongpoh MLA Mayralborn Syiem graced the occasion as the chief guest in the presence of Assistant Parish Priest Fr MC Thomas, the sisters and local headmen along with the youth of Lumsinai Catholic Church.
In his address to the gathering, Syiem lauded the initiative of the youth leaders of the Catholic Church of Lumsinai Parish and urged the youth to stay away from drugs and other illicit substances. The programme ended with a prize distribution ceremony.
