SHILLONG: The Meghalaya Engineering Service Association (MESA) condemned the attack on chief engineer (PWD), Lambha Suchiang on December 18.
The association tendered their sympathy to Suchiang and prayed for his quick recovery and urge the government to take immediate action against those involve in the crime.
