Dakarupaia War Pakyntein lodged a complaint that on January 7 at about 5.30 pm, Lone War Pakyntein murdered Sardis War Pakyntein at Wahkseh, Wahiajer (WJH).
One dies after being attacked
On January 7 circa 9 am, an unidentified person attacked 30-year-old Kynsai Mylliem of Laitumsaw village (EKH) with catapult and sharp weapon. As a result, the victim died at the spot.

Fraud
Drisil Nongbri lodged a complaint that on December 26, 2018, one unidentified person assisted her to print out a statement slip from ATM at Mawlai Mawiong, Shillong. However, on January 4, around 4 pm, while checking her balance, she found that Rs.14,500/- has been fraudulently withdrew from her Bank account.
