Lapang chief of NPP’s NE body

SHILLONG: DD Lapang, who joined the NPP last December, has been named as the chairman of the North East Coordination Committee (NECC) of the party.
In a letter dated January 14, the chief minister and national president of the NPP, Conrad Sangma said “I am happy to inform that I have appointed you” as the NECC chief.
