Shillong: Dawioo Paslein (35) lodged a complaint that on the night of January 19, Leibor Lamare (30) assaulted Ioowanmi Paslein with a knife.
As a result, the victim sustained injuries on his neck and was shifted to CH Ialong for treatment. Police arrested the accused.
