SHILLONG: The State Election Committee of UDP has released the seventh list of candidates on Friday with two candidates.
The candidates are Amos Dkhar from Musniang Rngat Constituency, East Jaintia Hills and Jambor War from Mawthadraishan Constituency, West Khasi Hills.
So far, the UDP has declared candidates for the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council (KHADC) and Jaintia Hills Autonomous District Council (JHADC).
The selection of candidates for six seats for Shillong city and East Jaintia Hills were completed along with candidates for all the 11 seats in East Khasi Hills while in West Jaintia Hills 5 are left out of 20 seats while
Candidates for two seats in South West Khasi Hills have been declared while Jirang is yet to be declared.
