Conrad likely to be re-elected as party chief

SHILLONG: The incumbent national president of National People’s Party (NPP), Conrad Sangma, is likely to be re-elected to the post at the general council of the party to be held here on Saturday.
Sources said that there is likely to be unanimous decision about re-election of Conrad as the national president of the party.
More than 100 delegates of the party from across the country would take part in the general council.
Apart from the election, the general council would also include a training session on social media and perception management.
