SHILLONG: The People’s Democratic Front (PDF) will release its manifesto for the council polls on Thursday at the residence of its working president, Banteidor Lyngdoh.
Lyngdoh is also the Cabinet minister in charge of Sports and Youth Affairs. The PDF has fielded 24 candidates – 9 in Jaintia Hills and 15 in Khasi Hills – including three women candidates from Mawkynrew, Umsning and Mylliem.
So far, the UDP and HSPDP have released their manifestos.
