PHH and AAY rice released
The Deputy Commissioner (Supply), West Garo Hills Tura has informed that PHH and AAY rice for the month of February have been released and will be available at Tura urban and rural-based fair price shops. All fair price shop dealers are directed to issue rice as per Government prescribed scale of 5kg per head per month for PHH beneficiaries and 35kg per card per month for AAY beneficiaries at the rate of Rs. 3 per kg under the NFSA, 2013.
Khasi learning course
The opening of the fourth Khasi learning course of the Khasi Learning Centre of SBUK, scheduled for February 23, has now been rescheduled for March 2 at Shillong Law College at 5 pm.
