GUWAHATI: The Governor of Assam has declared local holiday on March 22 next within the jurisdiction Kamrup Metropolitan District on account of Dol Jatra/ Holi festival. All State Government offices, educational institutions within undivided Kamrup Metropolitan District will remain closed on the day on account of this holiday.
