Kohima: Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio has said that until and unless people change their attitude and participate, the slogan of the government to bring change for better will remain only a distant dream.
Addressing the 28th biennial General Conference of the Angami Students’ Union at Piphema under Kohima district on Saturday, Rio called upon the people of Nagaland to change their attitude and mindset to bring a positive change in Nagaland and urged people to change their attitude from negativity to positive living.
Commenting on the tag of Kohima being the second most unlivable city in India by the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs last year, he called upon the people come forward and identify proper mechanism to salvage Kohima’s pride. (UNI)
