Nomenclature of polling stations rectified

SHILLONG: The District Election Officer of East Khasi Hills has informed that the nomenclature of polling stations have been rectified for 15-Mawlai, 21-Nongthymmai and 20-Mylliem constituencies.
The nomenclature for 56-Mawiong Umjapung ‘E’ polling station, under 15-Mawlai, has been corrected to Brighter Minds Secondary School (East Wing) and nomenclature for 57-Mawiong Umjapung ‘F’ has been corrected to West Wing of Brighter Minds Secondary School in Umjapung.
Under 21-Nongthymmai constituency, the nomenclature for 56-Fruit Garden ‘A’ was corrected to Clear Springs Secondary School (North Wing) and for 57-Fruit Garden ‘B’, the Nomenclature has been corrected to Clear Springs Secondary School (South Wing).
Under 20-Mylliem constituency, the nomenclature for polling station of 25-6th Mile has been corrected to Institute of Bio-resources and Sustainable Development, Government of India from the Basic Agricultural Training Centre, 6th Mile.
