SHILLONG: The dispute over KHNAM by two factions of the political party will come up for hearing before the bench of Chief Justice of Meghalaya High Court.
The matter was taken up on Tuesday before the bench of Justice H.S. Thangkhiew, who wanted listing of the matter before any other bench.
Earlier, KHNAM leader Pyndapborthiaw Saibon filed the case in the court challenging the formation of new office bearers by KHNAM legislator Adelbert Nongrum, which according to Saibon, has violated the constitution of the party.
