SCA announce election dates

SHILLONG: The General Body Meeting of the Shillong Cricket Association will be held on June 8, 2019 at the SCA office Polo. The details of the dates are as mentioned: availability of nomination forms SCA office is on May 18 from 9 AM onwards, last date/time for receipt of filled nominations at office of RO, SCA is on May 24, from 4 PM onwards, display of list of nominees on the notice-board is on May 24 from 5 PM onwards, last date/time for receipt of withdrawals at office of RO is on May 24 from 6 PM onwards, display of final list of nominees on the notice-board is on May 24 from 7 PM onwards, date of Elections ( if necessary) is on June 8, from 3 PM onwards, counting of votes, if necessary at SCA office is on June 8 from 5 PM onwards, declaration of results will be done immediately after the end of Vote Counting. All the affiliated clubs to SCA are also requested to collect the letter from the SCA office. Only two (2) representatives can attend the GBM.
