HYC Umsham unit formed

SHILLONG: The Hynniewtrep Youths Council (HYC) has recently elected new office bearers for its HYC Umsham Unit.
Elishon Nongrum is elected as president, vice president is Khet Surong, general secretary- Syet Surong among 17 executive members.
Sidora Surong is the new chairperson of HYC Umsham Unit Women’s Wing while Bidramon Nongrum is the secretary besides 9 other members.
In his speech, general secretary of the central body, Roy Kupar Synrem called upon the people to unite and fight for the issues encountered by the people.
