SHILLONG: The chairman of the State level public Grievances Committee and Bajengdoba MLA, Pongseng Marak has lamented that the courier services in Tura are denying to deliver items under prepaid and cash on delivery to the customers inspite of the earlier orders issued by the Deputy Commissioner .
In a letter to West Garo Hills DC, Pongseng Marak asked the DC to remind the courier services of the previous order. He also said that prepaid orders should be made mandatory to be delivered at the customers addresses to the areas falling under Pincode-794001. While cash on delivery materials may be collected from the respective courier counters of all locations by the customers themselves.
