BSNL offers
BSNL has launched “BSNL My Offers” to help customers and retailers (POS) in determining the best voucher based on customer’s usage pattern. They will get the suitable STV based on his usage pattern by dialling “*121#” before recharge. The purpose of this scheme is that the customer should get better value for their money by recharging more efficient voucher.
Celebration
The annual celebration of Pal Nam will be held on June 9 at Sankardev Namghar, Bishnupur. All are cordially invited. On this occasion Sankardev Cultural Centre will organise a cleaning drive.
Green initiative
The Green Club, LSLA, Department of English, Lady Keane College, distributed fruit saplings to the residents of the college’s adopted village, Lyngkien,Mawphlang. This endeavour is part of the ‘One Tree,One House’ campaign initiated in 2015.
Felicitation
Leads Higher Secondary School, Langkyrding, Shillong held a felicitation programme on Wednesday for all successful students of the school who passed in the HSSLC and SSLC examination. Among all, Nandani Prasad secured 15th position in the SSLC merit list. She was awarded Rs 25, 000. She attributed her success to hardwork, headmistress, school teachers of the school and also to her family members.
