TT Team c’ship concludes

SHILLONG: Meghalaya Veteran Table Tennis Association has organised 3rd Veteran TT Team Championship succesfully on June 8, 2019 at UTS Syiem Indoor Stadium Shillong. A L Hek Hon’ble Minister for Health and Family Welfare Govt. of Meghalaya, a enthusiast and Table Tennis player has patronised the tournament and was present during the occasion and took part in practice session also.Altogether seven teams with environment protection theme participated in the tournament and follwing are the results: Winner : Swachh Bharat Team (Orange attire); Runner Up : Stay Fit Team (Black attire); Best player of the tournament : B S Suhag, Addl Commisioner Customs Department who won all his matches (both Singles and doubles); Shri J S Marak Asst. Director Sports Govt. of Meghalaya Chief guest and Shri Chiranjib Choudhury Secretary MSOA , Guest of Honor for the occasion gave away the prizes.
