Islamabad: At least one security personnel was killed and two others injured when a blast hit a vehicle of security forces in Pakistan’s North Waziristan tribal district, local media reported on Wednesday.
The incident happened when the vehicle of paramilitary troops frontier corps was on its routine patrolling in the Manzerkhel Berzai area of the district, Dawn News said. Security officials said that the vehicle was hit by a roadside planted bomb which was triggered with a remote-controlled device.
