SHILLONG: One person suffered minor injuries when a government-owned SPTS bus rammed into a pavement at Gulista Market on GS Road in the city on Tuesday.
Police said that the driver lost control of the bus due to a technical snag and rammed it into the pavement to avoid hitting other vehicles.
One person who was standing on the pavement sustained minor injuries and was given first aid.
A video clip of the accident also went viral on social media.
