GUWAHATI: Police arrested two bike-lifters belonging to East Garo Hills district of Meghalaya, at Rajapara under Boko police station early Sunday morning.
Welstar R Marak, 19, from Rongrong Bazar under Songsak police station and Gulbar R Marak, 21, from Gokol under Bajengdoba police station, were intercepted by Boko police around 4am.
The Hero Glamour motorcycle (bearing registration number AS-01/DY -1667) which was seized by police, belonged to Nasirul Islam of Jalukbari here, and was stolen around Saturday midnight.
