NONGSTOIN: West Khasi Hills District Arts and Culture Society launched the 150th birth anniversary celebration of Mahatma Gandhi at Room No. 216 office of the Deputy Commissioner, Nongstoin on Friday.
The five-month long celebration was launched by K. Dkhar, Research Officer (RO) planning in presence of the District Programme Manager, NRLM, DPM, Basin Development Unit, school and college teachers, students and staff of DC office.
