World Youth Skill Day in city

SHILLONG: The Labour Department in collaboration with the Meghalaya State Skills Development Society (MSSDS) under the umbrella of the Government Project ‘Supporting Human Capital Development in Meghalaya’ (SHCDM) assisted by ADB will observe World Youth Skill Day at the U Soso Tham Auditorium in the city on July 15.
Skill training providers of various government sponsored programmes will be setting up stalls at the venue wherein youths may obtain information on various sectors such as hospitality, fashion designing and others. Other activities will also include road shows in Police Bazaar and Motphran.
