SHILLONG: The Meghalaya College Teachers’ Association (MCTA), in order to intensify its agitations, will stage a postcard protest on Monday.
The MCTA has directed all the members of the association from the respective units to write the two demands of the MCTA on the postcard.
The two demands of the MCTA are unconditional re-instatement of Assistant Professor Jeffreyson Wahlang and to resolve all St. Edmunds’ College matters.
The post cards will be sent to the Principal/Secretary, St Edmund’s College, Shillong.
Meanwhile, the MCTA, St Edmund’s Unit has decided to organise a silent protest in front of the college office without disrupting any classes from Monday onwards during the lunch break.
