Candle light vigil to condole cabbie’s murder

SHILLONG: The Seng Samla Malki will organise an awareness rally against drug abuse and a candle light vigil in memory of late Hapish Nongbri, who was brutally murdered in the city recently. The rally will be held on July 18.
Earlier, Police recovered the body of Nongbri, who has been missing since June 15, from Mawiong Sung near Puriang, East Khasi Hills after arresting three persons in connection with the murder.
