Cong leader shot dead in Bihar

Bagaha: Unidentified criminals shot dead a Congress leader at Chaudharia village under Ramnagar police station area in West Champaran district on Friday. Police said motorcycle-borne criminals shot at Congress leader Fakahruddin Khan (45), a native of Chaudharia village, when he was standing near a pond leaving him seriously injured. Sources said Khan breathed his last when he was being rushed to primary health centre in Ramnagar. Police said the motive behind the murder was unknown. The body had been sent for autopsy. (UNI)
