Agartala: The High Court of Tripura issued a notice to Tripura government and sought reply within four weeks regarding the double stand of the state government for termination of the service of under-qualified teachers.
In a petition filed by one Sajal Deb argued that the employment policy of the Left Front government was grounded in case of the teachers but the employees of other departments whose job was given in the same policy have not been affected.
The petitioner claimed that in the main judgment of the high court, which terminated the job of 10,323 teachers neither mentioned the total number nor mentioned the name of the employees whose job would be terminated. (UNI)
