SHILLONG: Chief Minister Conrad Sangma on Sunday took to social media platform Twitter to congratulate local film maker Dominic Sangma for winning National Award for the Garo Movie Ma’ama.
“Congratulations #DominicSangma for winning National Award for the Garo Movie – Ma’ama. You are an inspiration for the youth of our State and the region. Wishing you the very best for your future ventures. All the best!!” Conrad tweeted.
Ma’ama which is Dominic Sangma’s first feature film, is an Indo-China production with Xu Jianshang as producer. It is also the first Garo movie to win a national award.
