UDP leader draws party’s ire for FB comment

TURA: Senior leaders of the United Democratic Party (UDP) in Garo Hills have expressed unhappiness over comments made against the party by a colleague on Facebook. Senior party leaders including former MLA BG Momin and Luderbege Ch Momin expressed resentment after UDP general secretary of East Garo Hills Sanjay Marak posted negative comments against the party in a Facebook post by senior party member Ludwig Sangma.
Sangma uploaded a post congratulating newly elected party president Metbah Lyngdoh where Marak’s comment was ridiculing the newly elected president.
