SHILLONG: The president of All Khasi Hills A’chik Federation (AKHAF), Clavestar Marak, has sought action against a road contractor, Jessy Shoyaam, for neglecting his work.
In a statement issued, he alleged that the work of Shoyaam, a contractor for the PWD, for the 10-kilomtere road from Maheshkhola to Doranggri via So’oling was not satisfactory.
He urged the Engineer & SDO of PWD Ranikor Division and the department should take action against the contractor. Marak also said the work, which was sanctioned in 2015-16, was yet to be completed.
