MAWKYRWAT: The South West Khasi Hills district police have arrested Aibanjoplin Syiemlieh (32) on the charge of raping an eight-year-old girl.
According to the police, the incident took place on September 22.
The accused was arrested the same evening. A case has been registered against Syiemlieh.
