SHILLONG: The executive committee of Nongkseh Durbar and the people of Nongkseh have expressed their deep shock and dismay after learning that the much loved and respected headman, AL Thangkhiew was threatened by some miscreants in the name of HNLC.
In this connection the emergency executive committee which was held on October 4 strongly condemned the act by calling it a mere attempt to sabotage the smooth functioning of the Durbar through baseless allegations and threats in the name of HNLC.
